HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

  • To initiate a return or exchange please use our Return Portal.
  • Please refer to your order and tracking number for all returns.
  • Exchanged merchandise will be credited as a return and a new order must be placed for new items.

RETURN POLICY

    • You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Sale items may only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
    • FINAL SALE items are heavily discounted and will be ineligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
    • Free exchanges are only valid within the U.S.
    • We only accept returns for orders placed directly with us, not those purchased through other retailers.
    • Items that do not meet return conditions will be rejected and sent back to customer.
    • For U.S. orders, choosing Redo Free Return Shipping ensures your return shipping costs are covered. If you opt not to purchase Redo Free Return Shipping, you will be responsible for paying your own return label.
    • International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

CONDITION

    • Merchandise must be unworn (free of perfume), unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with all tags in it's original packaging. We kindly request that white items are shipped back with their protective bag.
    • Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

REFUNDS

    • It takes up to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our facility. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
    • Original shipping charges, duties and tax fees are nonrefundable.
    • We are not responsible for packages left unclaimed at USPS locations. If a package gets returned to us, we will issue store credit ONLY.

CANCELLATIONS

    • If you change your mind before we process your order, you may cancel shipment. Email support@adelynrae.com with the subject, "Cancel."
